This is a great teapot for cafes. It wont break. It has a larger basket than most so you get a better diffusion. It looks fantastic. If not using the basket, it can get blocked when pouring if you are using a large tea like Chai but so does every other teapot.

OMG! I love this teapot
I often have herbal tea and I just want one cup ,this is perfect size shape and the strainer is perfect shape for maximum infusion ,just brilliant
