Well, being glass they will break if given to children to smash on the floor. Probably also best to avoid hitting them with hammers and runnning over them with your car as well.
Apart from that, I find they are fantasic for keeping a beer cold.

bodum glasses
gave them to my son as they were too big to put under the coffee machine. He had them for 2 days and his 15 month old daughter banged one onto the floor and it shattered. So not happy from that aspect. May try the smaller ones at a later date

Love these glasses
I have just received my fourth order these Bodum thermal glasses, my son and daughter also wanted them, I have the 400ml size for iced coffee and the 200ml for espresso. Fantastic, thanks for excellent products and service.

Fabulous glasses
I love these glasses. They are light and easy to hold, particularly for anyone with finger joint problems. Very stylish. Great for hot and cold drinks. Makes mugs and standard glasses seem so silly.

I love these glasses. Well worth the money. Have my coffee every morning in one of them- keeps it hot for ages and they're wonderful to drink out of. Would have a whole cupboard full if i could afford to!

Great Glasses
These Bodum glasses are great. Lovely to have a cup of tea and actually see it - very pretty colour! And it's really nice to have a cold drink without it dripping condensation everywhere. Will definitely be buying more.
