We recommend that you descale your kettle every few months. This can be done by creating an equal mix of white vinegar and water in your kettle and leaving it to soak overnight. If the lime scale is really built up then you may need to boil the solution in the kettle. A descaled kettle will last longer and boil faster and may also help you to avoid warranty issues.

Kettle looks great, boils very quickly and quietly. I was concerned that the lid doesn't pop open very wide - a friendly customer service rep checked a few models in the warehouse, & checked with the Cuisinart rep, and apparently that's how it's supposed to be. All in all, I'm still happy with my purchase.

This kettle looks great but takes a long time to boil and the lid does not open wide enough with the eject button

A dream come true
Being a fan of Cuisinart products, I looked no further than this kettle when having to replace my old other branded one. It is excellent, so so so quiet and quick to boil. I cannot wait to have to replace my toaster.......

Fantastic Kettle
This cuisinart kettle is very quiet to use and very fast. Your water will be boiled and ready to use before you know it!
Easy to fill with a one touch button near the handle. It isn't heavy unlike previous kettles I have used before - plus looks so much nicer that the online picture. I am very happy with this kettle!

Great looking kettle. Very quiet to use and doesnt wake the whole house when you want a midnight cuppa...No leaking hot water from the spout...easy to open lid.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
This kettles is really good, I am very happy with it. It is the best kettle I have ever had.The spout (lip) of this kettle is all in one piece , so there is no chance of leakage through the spout. That is what happened to my last kettle. The lid is very easy to open, just by pressing a button and the on and off switch is blue, which makes it brighter.the looks are deceiving, it looks better than it does on screen. the weight of is not too heavy either. I am one Very happy customer.
