Cuisinart PerfecTemp Cordless Programmable Kettle 1.7L

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THIS KETTLE AS OUR OLD ONE DIED AFTER14 YEARS (IT WASNT A CUISINART) THE KETTLE LOOKS GREAT ON THE BENCH AND FITS INTO THE CAVATY OF OUR ON BENCH APPLIANCE CUPBOARD EASILY, THE KETTLE IS NO HIGHER THAN 24CM WHEN SITTING ON THE HEATING ELEMENT, WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT WHEN I WAS DOING MY HOMEWORK ON THIS KETTLE I COULDNT FIND WRITTEN ANYWHERE SO IF YOU, LIKE ME HAVE A SHELF IT NEEDS TO FIT UNDER I HOPE THAT HAS HELPED YOU OUT. IT IS QUICK TO BOIL, NOT NOISY AND AS WITH ALL MY OTHER CUISINART APPLIANCES WELL WORTH THE MONEY. I LOVE SHOPPING WITH KITCHENWARE DIRECT, AS ALWAYS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR IN JUST A FEW DAYS. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

We love this kettle. It's nice and quiet, looks good on the kitchen bench, and makes a great quick cuppa! I must say though we have only ever used the one boil setting and don't use the keep warm function, so I'd say unless you are seriously into your specialty teas these features are not necessary. However they certainly don't detract from a really nice kettle.

I had to put up with the noisiest kettle for too many years, and decided to purchase this cuisinart perfectemp, and i love it!!! No more "jet engine" sounds just to enjoy a cuppa.

i have brought 3 items from kitchenware directso far and all three products are great i have a kitchenaid mixer and a kitchen aid food processor and the cuisinart kettle.and it is delivered to my door great service. so thanks to all staff at the company. i will be shopping there again.

Not very quiet at all, and don't think it is worth the money spent on it. This kettle requires precise programming to operate. Visitors become confused by all the switches and the keep warm function is not really necessary.

We love our tea and coffee, so to get a kettle that had specific temperature settings for different types of tea suited our house perfectly. My boyfriend and I looked at another type of kettle that had an infuser bowl but because we drink different kinds between us, decided that just the hot water would be fine. Quiet boil and pretty lights, wins all around!

I am so happy with my new kettle, it is so quiet and I love that it beeps 3 times when it is ready.

Did you know that green tea is better made with 80 C water whilst black tea needs 100 C? This kettle is programmable to make any tea or coffee taste better with the right temperature. It keeps the water at a selected temperature for 30 minutes too. I'm buying a second one as a birthday gift for a special son in law. I know he will be delighted with it. Many thanks to those who recommended it to me via this site.

Very quiet compared to my last kettle, and easy to use. Stylish on my kitchen bench, and keeps my boyfriend happy when he has all sorts of white and green tea. Highly recommended.

It's great, quiet and efficient

The only way this kettle could be any better would be if it had a slightly larger capacity. This stylish addition to our kitchen not only looks great, but pours well and helps to make the perfect cuppa! As most kettles only have a 12 month warranty, the Cuisinart's longer warranty was certainly very appealing. Very pleased.

Shouts "look at me"! Has loads of features to make a perfect tea or coffee. Ohh so Quick & Quiet! I like my tea warmish so no waiting for cooling down as I have a little one to run after.Hubby likes his coffee really hot and everyone else somewhere in between. You cant find a quality Kettle better than this one that does it all!! All these reviews helped me make the decision to buy one 3 weeks ago!

I may be just a little pedantic, but having been enlightened by the Tea Master at the Tea Wares Museum in Hong Kong, there is no other kettle up to the task!! It is true that different teas do taste better when steeped in water at the correct temperature. Plunger coffee tastes consistently fabulous now that I'm not "burning" the grounds. All this as well as a fast boil, quiet operation and style- have I died and gone to beverage heaven? I think so.

This is simply an incredible kettle. Easy to use and if you are a tea drinker this is THE kettle for you. Different boiling temps for different types of teas and it really does make the tea taste better...or should that be how the tea is meant to be :) LOVE IT - VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. Thankyou!

Stainless steel body shows finger prints. Reheat functionality is a bit over the top. If you want a no brainer kettle, this is NOT it. But what do you expect from a programmable kettle?

You could not ask for more from a kettle. It is quick and quiet to the boil, looks fab and all the features work as they should. It was recommended to me from a trusted friend and I have since recommended it to others. It is as awesome as a kettle can be.

I drink a lot of different teas as well as coffee and this kettle is just perfect in the way you can choose the correct temperature. For the first time our green tea tasted perfect. I had been looking at another brand that selected temperature control, but glad that I waited. This one is perfect for use and price. It's fast and quiet. Highly recommend it.
