Returns Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return, please contact a customer service representative on our toll free number: 1800 669 608.

Damaged Items

Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please contact one of our customer service representatives on 1800 669 608. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.

Faulty Items/Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled directly by the Australian supplier of the product. While we don’t directly process warranty claims, we will do our utmost to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory and timely manner.
